"Every time I come to this laundromat the gentleman is always cleaning , tending to the washers and dryers wiping them down making sure the place is nice and clean and very pleasant . He makes you feel comfortable knowing you can wash with comfort . Keep up the good work ."

"Love the ladybug laundry mats of all the laundry mat because if you go online to check your balance on your card there's also a link to see trends on how busy each one is usually at any given time. Plus, you can see what washers and dryers are being used and how many minutes they have left, and even if they are done, but someone hasn't emptied them yet. It's pretty nice for an agoraphobic person like myself who avoids people at all costs."

"It a laundromat, not much to say. Prices have gone up slightly since they've switched over to a pre-pay card system. I wish the dryer were a bit faster/hotter as I ALWAYS have to add another 5-15min to the initial time. Wish they had a bathroom mirror, too. Otherwise, nothing worth removing stars for, machines are rarely down longer than a week, and they do a better job keeping the place clean than some of the other places around. Overall, the place is definitely above average."

"I asked the manager about dry cleaning and she said I had to go somewhere else. I was washing Winter clothing and bedding. The starting price for washers was $3.25 and the dryer starts at $1.50 minimum unsure if that is expensive but I spent over $90. Several machines was dirty and one of the washers didn't wash well. I reported the problem to the manager whom was uncaring and somewhat rude. She didn't tell me any type of solution and just said okay and walked away. I asked other worker how to contact owner/corporate office and she said there was information by the change machine. I have filled out the forms attached photo is proof and placed it on the machine and will wait to see if a refund is mailed. I will update this review but the manager, dirty machines and the one that didn't wash good has left a bad taste in my mouth. The bathroom was clean and the property was clean as well. I don't go to laundry mats often but will give it one more chance to see if experience is better because it's a local Hobart business."
