"When getting gas and a car wash at the pumps, you need to be fast with deciding which wash you want. I thought I was fast enough until I saw the screen say, "See an associate for car wash code." Not only did I miss my savings of .30 cents off per gallon. I had to inconveniently walk inside and pay for the wash. I even told the attendee, and they seemed like I wasn't the first person to have this problem but couldn't help me. Thank you. "FAMILY" Express."
"Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else. But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself. Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes."
"Friendly employees, great service, convenience store products, clean restroom, great soda fountain. Occasionally the line may move slow, but it all depends. Sometimes it seem like all the customers show up at once. Store is clean, and they have a nice selection. Minus one star only because the price of gas is usually a few cents more, and this store doesn’t have fresh food like other Family Expresses in the area."
