"Overpromises, under delivers. Originally schedule for 5/24. Rescheduled for 5/23. Hadn’t heard anything all day on 5/22 so I sent a text to confirm. Received a response that I would be delayed one day. Ok fine, no worries. I texted on 5/23 to confirm service for 5/24. Never heard back, but left the backyard gate open just in case. I texted on 5/24 asking for update, and why the pool was still dirty. There were brown leaves and sludge at the bottom. I was told that the pool would be “brushed down” in addition to removing the cover, cleaning the pump, and putting chemicals in the water. Received a response that pool cleaning was extra fee and could not be fit into the schedule until the week after Memorial Day, but might have availability on 5/25, but never confirmed. Fine with me. I continued to wait on a confirmation that pool could be cleaned the next day. 5/25 I receive an invoice for pool opening and cleaning. Pool still had not been cleaned. I was given approximately 2 minutes notice that the pool company was on its way to clean. At this point I’m confused because I never heard confirmation that they were coming. I was at work, and couldn’t leave to unlock the gate to my yard. I texted the owner that I was disappointed and his communication was poor. Had I had notice, or even simply told to leave the gate open, I could’ve been home or left the gate unlocked. I received a response that he shouldn’t have told me “yes he could fit me on the schedule for cleaning today because I’m obviously upset”. Look - I understand that this is the busiest time of the year for opening pools. I’m super chill and don’t really expect much. We’re new to owning a pool, so when you schedule to have it opened, is it too unreasonable to believe that it will also be clean as well? And what ever happened to “thank you for your business” or “I’m so sorry for the miscommunication” ? It feels like he believes he was doing me a favor and I should apologize for wasting his time. This company came highly recommended by the people we bought the house from. They are a super nice family, so im not sure what the disconnect is. This has been a huge disappointment. I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s business. I just feel a bit scammed. Photos below for reference."

"Got a brand new liner ordered and installed this week. The new liner looks amazing. The pool is filling up now. We are very satisfied as to how nice the new liner looks. Thank you, Chad and crew."

"PEOPLE! LISTEN TO ME. ok my husband and I are absolute freaks when it comes to craftsmanship. Any flaw we see we will fixate on till the end of time. Listen to me when I say this pool is PERFECT. I’m pretty sure Chad is a perfectionist. The bottom of the pool is so flat and smooth. The liner doesnt have any bumps or wrinkles We got a 16x32 liner with an auto cover. This pool will bring joy to our whole family and friends and our grandkids if my kids will bless me with them. He did everything exactly as he said he would for the price he said he would. Let me tell you another thing. I’m an obsessive plant person/gardener/collector. And while they had to get close to all my plants I didn’t loose any in the construction process. The job was clean and fast. And to top it off he got us done before the estimated dig date. He uses the best people to do the concrete and grading. The concrete guys, Guild specialty concrete made the pool deck perfect. Better then I could imagine. And Hoke excavation made the yard better then it was before. Even tho we paid for it I feel like we won the lottery."

"Chad built our first pool in 2017 at our old house. It was a vinyl liner style. We were very pleased with everything. We expected to stay in that house for a LONG time. However in 2021 we found a lot we could not pass up with a water view in a location in New Albany that was still 5 minutes from the grocery store. My wife said if we were doing to build a house, a pool had to be part of the deal. Chad was GREAT to work with again, very accommodating, and this time we did a fiberglass pool w/a built in hot tub. He did what he said he was going to do, on time and for the price he quoted. I've since referred him to quite a few friends and clients. As far as I know all of them have been pleased. I will continue to recommend him."
