"Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner is rash and very rude. She won't help you (will actually talk over you) if you have a problem with your order even though it's their delivery services that can't or won't do their job. Will never order flowers from here again, there are other local places who actually care about their customers and provide assistance. Seems like others have had the same issue from the comments, not surprising."
