"Excellent meats and great customer service. Our family loves the sausages and chorizo. We have bought our chorizo from Whole Foods, Mexican Markets, Farmers Markers, and other local establishments. This is our favorite in the Indianapolis area. Plan ahead. They are only open Thu, Fri and Sat. Wish they had more hours. But I am ok with it. I imagine the three Boone County owners spend the rest of their time raising the tasty meat on their farms."
"Great spot for high quality, locally raised meat! I've been shopping here regularly for the past 2 years and have enjoyed everything from Amazing Ribeye steaks, perfectly seasoned sausages and even prepared pulled pork and brisket. My 2 favorites are the Jalapeño cheddar burgers and the Bacon and cheese beef sliders. I get all of my meat for homemade beef jerky as well. You have to come and visit Garrett, Josh and crew and they will get you taken care of!"
"Great selection of meats. Bones for bone broth, Ox tail, and pretty much any part of the animal you might want to try. They also have prepared filet kabobs, blue cheese burgers and pork sausages. All locally raised meats. Buy local and help support the people around you."
"Great local meats, prepared in-house! Their sausages, pork burgers, and dry aged beef are some of our favorites, though honestly, everything we've had has been amazing. They are also happy to do custom orders too, just give them a call. Side note, don't forget the incredible local honey that's available ("regular" and habanero!)."

I recommend them to everyone I know who loves delicious food. And I never miss an opportunity to purchase from the truck when they are supporting local events--the selection is always fun and tasty!"
