"Never used them and never will. They put a septic tank in for my friend without a permit and it is leaking and they are refusing to fix it. Dragging out the repair at a cost of 15k. They now have raw sewage on their property. Do not use them"

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Our original "new" septic tank was put in in August 2023, and was put in incorrectly and without a permit from the county. This means it was buried without inspection as well, and is currently red tagged by county and not recognized as within code. Joe Beard and Sons was made aware in writing and over the phone multiple times about the new system being suspicious and is having water in an area we never did before. I sent photo proof. I have had the health department come view the system AGAIN and they have confirmed we have RAW SEWAGE on our property. I have called, emailed, and texted since August trying to get this handled. Joe Beard and Sons got 15k up front for this system, and failed to put it in properly. I am now paying on a loan, and have for over 6mo on something that's not even working and is a health hazard for my family, and potentially wrecking our indoor plumbing next as the system continues to fail. I have contacted both Mike the manager and the on site foreman for this job. I am currently being given excuses about the ground and weather, when this should have been taken care of months ago. This should have been made a top priority to rectify and resolve and was not, now they are claiming the ground being wet as to why this still isn't fixed, but from August to November there was plenty of good weather, just 0 effort. I caught Adam is multiple lies, he no call no showed multiple times after giving me start dates and I continually asked him for updates. When he no call no showed for November 27th (one of many "start dates") I decided to wait a few days and give grace, and heard nothing. I went ahead and contacted the health department myself and checked to see if he even had submitted an application for permit given he was allegedly supposed to start digging 4 days prior, no application had been turned in. The health department actually remembered me from the summer, immediately came to my house and again confirmed the system is failing and personally called Adam himself to told him to submit a permit. Prior to that I was told a date that the soil scientist would be out to do the 2nd soil sampling, she never came...never heard anything. So I reached out to her myself and SHE HADNT EVEN BEEN CONTACTED BY ADAM YET. Another lie. I have screen shots of my correspondence, photos of my property, texts, emails, and call logs to back up my review as well as my own neighbors who have had to witness this for months and the total degradation and utter stench of our property. Do NOT use this company."

"I wish I could leave less than one star for this terrible company. I had this company give me an estimate, and it took a week for anything to be done. I personally had to call several times for anyone to even come to my house or give me any updates on what was going to need done. I eventually called and just asked them to cover the giant hole in my back yard they created and be done so I could call another company to actually help me. Then, once I got my bill it was already marked past due and Sherri from billing harassed me for a week to get payment, AND sent a letter to my house threatening to send me to collections if not paid by a certain day. Keep in mind this "service" was only done two weeks prior and I just received a bill. No one was in a rush to help me but they were sure in a rush to get paid. 0/10 would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. save yourself the time and money and call somewhere else. EDITED TO ADD: THE RESPONSE TO THIS IS NOT TRUE. October 17th they did NOT attempt to run my card as I had not provided my card number or any information for payment until the date I paid, I had not avoided any calls as I hadn't received any (I couldn't even get them to call me to do my service I asked for let alone pay them) until I got the letter in the mail stating it was past due. Also, the point of this review is to tell people what terrible service I received from this company. No updates, no help, the only nice person was the inital worker who ALSO expressed his frustration with the company HE WORKS FOR to me as well. I still would not recommend this company to ANYONE."

"Where do I start?! I recently bought a remodeled home for myself and 2 young daughters. We were very excited but immediately had plumbing/ septic problems. We had 2 separate clogged drains within weeks. I called Joe Beard & Sons both times to come take a look. They did every form of trouble shooting to find the problem and of course discovered the problem and fixed it quickly. Many things stood out to me like how fast they arrived... they quality of work.... their friendliness etc BUT two things will stick with me forever... 1 - This is a smaller home but they treated it as if it was a multi-million dollar property and made sure it was working 100%. 2 - The second time they had to come out, it was a Friday and they were working on the problem. Adams wife was going to deliver their first child at any moment and he was committed to getting our problem fixed. He stayed until the very last moment he could and the guys stayed until WAY past 5pm on a Friday to be sure we had running water etc for the weekend! What a class act!!! I'll never use anyone else. Thank you Joe Beard & Sons and Adam...... congrats on the healthy baby!!!"

"I called Joe Beard and Sons for an estimate to install a perimeter drainage system around my house and Adam responded very quickly with a more than reasonable price and the work was scheduled. This was a big job, 300’ of 15” corrugated pipe, trenching, T’s grading and seeding. Blake and Richard were tasked with the entire job and the results far exceeded what I thought was possible. These two professionals communicated every phase, over came some of the unforeseen “opportunities” and worked hard to complete the job in the time I was promised.
