Downtown Historic Eustis is a vibrant park located at 111 North Eustis Street in Eustis, Florida, United States. The City of Eustis has created the new Downtown Waterfront Entertainment District, where businesses come together for mutual promotion and activities, offering a unique shopping experience, fine dining, and live entertainment. Visitors can enjoy on-street possession/consumption of alcoholic beverages in a clear plastic container up to 16 fluid ounces on Thursdays to Saturdays between 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor entertainment is permitted during these days from 7 a.m. to midnight.
The Entertainment District aims to provide a variety of amenities in one convenient location, promoting the downtown area and fostering relationships among merchants. The First Friday Street Party events, held on the first Friday of every month from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, offer family-friendly community social events with entertainment and vendors. These events attract 700-2,000 people depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
If you are interested in being a vendor at these events, you can apply through the vendor application. The cost is $35 per space for regular events.
