"We had our furnace system go down right at the onset of winter. We had gotten a crazy quote from Another company before we reached out to kings. I sent an email requesting a quote and the Mr. King was out there within 2 days with quotes and full of informative information about exactly what system they would put in. The two technicians they sent out were respectful and professional. They were extremely good at communicating what they were doing, if they needed anything from us and what their timeline was. The installation was clean and timely and the work was 110% professional. We had some financial difficulties that made us have to stretch the full payment of the job a little bit and the staff at kings were extremely understanding and worked with us. My family and I are super thankful for that. Kings will have mine and my families business and recommendation for life."

"Very disappointed. I felt with all their years in business they were who to call when water heater wasn't working. He (Dustin) came, measured, told us a tank would not fit as they are wider now. This is true however he offered no option other than to have wall cut out. Basically we paid $100 for him to use his tape measure and give us a "free" jar opener. $100 because I had $100 bill and he had no change, told me I would have to drive to office for my $5 change (would have spent that in gas and time to drive there!). Called another company, affirmed the space has too narrow opening however told us of a few alternatives. We ended up getting a tankless water heater, expensive yes but we had to have something and a tank was not an option. My question is why didn't Kings talk to us about any other fix? I basically paid $100 for him to pull out tape measure and say sucks to be you, and leave...oh and hand us jar opener! My hubby said pretty expensive rubber jar opener eh? Is this their standard type of service? UPDATE: I received a call today. Jeff, from Kings was very polite and shared his disappointment in our experience. He stated this will be addressed with the representative who was here and shared with other team members (as a precautionary tale). He asked if they could refund the service call fee we paid ($100), I, of course, agreed to this offer. I really appreciate the refund but more importantly I appreciate Jeff taking time to read my review and call us to further inquire and to offer a resolution. We had, unfortunately for them, already bought a system with another provider. It is extremely vital we, the consumer, share your experiences, I know from having overseen 7 clinics in my career we don't always know what all transpires with each of our team members and our customers (patients in my case) this often results in our inability to fix things (we can't fix what we dont know is "broke"). ALWAYS take the time to provide feedback! Thanks Kings!"

"Called kings out to service my furnace because I wasn't getting heat. The tech that came out to my house Erik Zirkle instructed me to change the thermostat out if I had issues again. After having the same issues and changing the termostat he then came back out because the original issue I had wasn't fixed charged me again to replace parts that likely didn't need to be changed and because I listened to his instructions and changed my thermostat that wasn't bad, they said it was a different problem and charged me again. Kings offered no help in the resolution of this problem other than to have him come out for a 3rd time and likely charge me again. Almost $500 later I will never use them again and would strongly advise anyone else against it also. They are not interested in actually diagnosing a problem... just replacing parts and robbing you of your money. In reply to kings: He absolutely told me to "change the thermostat if you're running into the same issues again. That Google nest is good if you didn't already have a digital Honeywell thermostat but the one thing that sucks about those is that Duke can shut it off during peak hours. That's why they're pushing people to get those" Why would I know that word for word information without us having an in depth discussion about changing the thermostat? Luckily I took pictures of everything before that why I could right the wrong of HORRIBLE information. Secondly... the Dec 18th call was the original call in which you DID NOT find anything changed. You guys obviously have your own "facts" incorrect. And there were no diagnostics involved because I called KMB after no longer wanting to deal with KINGS and through their diagnostics we found out that the blower motor connected to the pressure switch had a small clog. If there were diagnostics involved with the original call to kings in December it would have saved you a negative review AND me $300 dollars. Replacing random parts is not diagnostics. The real lesson the be learned here is that the only heat I have left over from dealing with Kings is the anger I feel from their efforts to gas light customers."

"Kings installed a replacement water softener in my house. I had been using that other "water softener company" for 30 years. Then my softener when out, the other softener company wanted to charge me an outrageous price. King's did an awesome install for less, carried away the old junk and cleaned up after themselves. That is quality. They are who I am calling for all HVAC and plumbing now."
