"We had a great experience with PuroClean when we had stormwater back up into the basement of our rental property. There are always hiccups with any clean up and renovation, but everyone at PuroClean was very responsive to inquiries and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. The work performed was of high quality. Our insurance covered everything, but I didn't feel as if PuroClean tried to squeeze money out of our insurance company, either. "extremely professional, polite, and PROMPT cleaners! They were the first to contact me back (even after a 24/7 365 service was contacted) they STILL responded first. The survey was polite and very prompt, calm and very kind and understanding of a stressful situation. Not only this, but WEEKS after my cleaning was completed, they reached out to check in and make sure I was alright, and even brought by a care package of cleaning supplies because I was a low income household.
