"After 8 years, my washer/dryer pair died on the same weekend. After the diagnoses by the technician from Beeson's, I went to see what they had in stock. They have a great selection of brands and price ranges. Luckily for me they had the model of Speed Queen that I had already decided on. They were very friendly, and not pushy or aggressive at all. April showed me the different models they carry as well as the options of each. She wrote up the order and scheduled my delivery and install. They were very accommodating to my needs. The technicians were very careful, respectful, and thorough during the install. I would definitely recommend Beeson's for anyone wanting quality appliances and a very helpful staff to guide them through the purchase. AND.. I love to keep my business local.. that's another plus."

"Last week, we purchased a new LG Washer & Dryer along with a new Frigidaire Cooktop from Beeson‘s Appliance. Delivery and installation was scheduled on October 31, 2023. Their delivery was on time and the installer (Joseph) was very polite and competent. There was no mess when he left and we were very pleased. All our new appliances seem to be working just fine. "Beeson's has been terrifically helpful in assisting and facilitating our purchase of a new stove. From the first time we met Rick, to meeting Cody, April, Lori, and other members of the team, we very much appreciated getting to know and work with their team. For various reasons, we went through multiple stoves until we found the right one, everything from a scratch-and-dent model that had been unknowingly dropped (there was an absolutely hassle-free return), to ordering in two different models from the warehouse when the first model was not as-expected (no fault of Beeson's). All the while, through this three-week ordeal (because of the need to order in and wait for shipping on the models that were not on the shop floor), they lent us a loaner stove, free of charge, so that we had the flexibility and peace-of-mind to make a deliberate, considered decision. Their thoughtfulness and personalized respect and customer service turned what would have been an urgent, "need this now" situation into a very pleasant overall experience, and at the end, we all walked away happy and now we have a new stove, with all the features we deliberately considered. We will definitely go back to them for our future appliance needs (but hopefully not too soon!)."
