"Great birthday party experience! My 6 year old and her friends had a wonderful time with Tessa, who was wonderful with them. Note that I did pay for the extra 30 minutes. With this age group it is NOT needed unless you are doing pizza. Plenty of paint and snack time in the 1.5 hr normal booking."
"We unfortunately had a few plates break during pickup and the replacements made were not the same quality as the originals. As soon as we contacted the staff they quickly fixed the issue. Tessa was unbelievably wonderful working with our baby for footprints and she was so sweet with us. She really did everything she could to make it right and we appreciate how professional and kind the entire staff has been."
