"After having them replace an old tub and them charging $927 leaving the bathroom a mess and ripping out a lot of drywall and after telling them to make sure the tub buys up to the tile bc we do not have anymore and cannot replace the tile they left a huge gap between the tile and tub. They also damaged the handrails in my house and told me accidents happen. Didn’t apologize or anything. The caulking ion the tub is absolutely awful they didn’t even re caulk the side walls when they put them in. Charged more than the $130 an hour they originally said and don’t give you a list or cost of ashy they went over. Only thing he offered was to replace the caulk."
