"After 5 weeks of being without a refrigerator the Technician was wonderful . The problem was scheduling and Sears keeping the appointment . After the Technician left we tried to get ice and the dispenser does not work . It makes ice but does not dispense . Can someone come back and see how we can dispense the ice ? Thank you ."

"I’ve told A& E to never send this technician again to my house. Earlier in the year he installed a new ice dispenser part and he forced it into place and it quit working soon after. The next A&E tech that came out said that the last tech in fact had forced it into place and busted the part. Last week when this tech returned to my home after i told a&e to never send him back, I allowed him only because we have been without our fridge for over 8 weeks! Upon entering m home he said in a smirky tone “you broke your refrigerator again?”. He installed the new compressor and it had been making a terrible noise since. Mg husband is a mechanic and he said he obviously didn’t get it tightened in properly because it’s vibrating the entire refrigerator. THIS MAN IS NOT ALLOWED IN MY HOME AGAIN. HE IS LIKELY AWARE THIS ID THE 2nd FORMAL COMPLAINT IVE MADE ABOUT HIM AND I HONESTLY DONT FEEL SAFE ALONE IN MY HOUSE WITH THIS TECHNICIAN."
