"Had a tire plugged here, they offered to do a proper patch for a very reasonable price, what I spent for a plug in place (didn't have to remove tire) just slapped a plug in was both reasonable yet high. High because I could have bought two plug KITS and plugged 8 tires myself for the same price. Reasonable because while it may have taken a grand whopping 5 whole minutes to perform the repair, if you Factor in the total time I had an employees attention 7 dollars that allowed me to drive the rest of the day is hard to complain about. Honestly given the situation that day plugging it on the house, would have been a good buisn"

"I have used this business over the last few years on many occasions. Had good experiences with only minor complaints, until the last two occasions. There was a total lack of communication on the part of this business. They let me pick up my vehicle, without any information being relayed to me that the warranty repairs were not done, due to other damaged parts that needed repairs first. It was not until I had grease leaking from behind my rear tire, that I knew there was still an issue. After sending pictures and contacting the owner, I was told that the manager meant to talk to me, but they were overworked and short on employees at the time. WHAT? In the two weeks timeframe, no one could be bothered to contact me and make me aware of the issues? That is unacceptable to me. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I felt it was my responsibility to make others aware that the caliber of work and the lack of communication are hurting this business and may cause you unwanted expenses and unnecessary repairs."

"We made an appointment to get our tires rotated. They checked the air filter it needed replaced when we went to leave our battery was dead and within 20 minutes they had gotten the battery, replaced it, and we were out the door. This place is absolutely amazing. Thanks"
