"My husband was treated horribly today. He went in for a tire and rim and was told by a staff person to go out back and look for one in the pile. He found what he needed and asked a staff person to help him get the tire off of another rim. He was told they didn’t have time and then he was cussed out and told to leave. He then saw the owner outside and told him what happened. The owner said all his staff was new. Still common courtesy should be given to a customer! And the staff that was there and the man who cussed him out has worked there forever."
"Both times I've been into this business I was treated very rudely. They had no time to waste on me, which the old man literally told me on my first visit. I was looking for a riding mower and was told "theres tags on stuff, i dont have time to mess with you" The second visit I just needed a part and was informed "they don't carry cheap equipment and if they had that part itd be in a junk pile out back" so they had nothing for me. This place isn't a business, it's a cluttered shop with rude employees that aren't even helpful or seem to know what they're talking about. I wish I could give negative stars on review."
