"LIFE SAVER!! Let me say that again. The new owner of Flux literally saved my iPhone XSMax and it’s working great. I was going to lose everything in my phone pretty much. Prior to coming to Flux I had an appointment with GEEK SQUAD for a diagnostic test and hopefully repair. They chalked my phone off as screen fried as soon as they heard “water” was involved with phone accident without even doing the test, plus they wanted to charge me over $300 for a screen if that’s what it needed. Hunter the new owner of Flux guaranteed his work or money back!! I was pretty much sold at just that GUARANTEE but for the new screen I only paid $65. On top of great prices, customer service was top of the line. Great personality and the time was taken to actually listen to the problem with my phone and how important it was to me. I suggest anyone with phone repairs needing done go to Flux inside Meijer. You won’t be disappointed. Customers for life!!! We will be taking in two more iPhones soon to get his help with them as well."

"Amazing work! I took the phone to the Geek Squad first and they claimed that my iPhone XS Max was unable to be fixed and that just by myself telling them that it was dropped in water that it needed complete replacement there was no need or possibility of any repair to be done. I then took it to flux located in meijer and the gentleman there was able to assure me that he knew what the problem was and that he could get it fixed. That he did and he fixed it and has been great and working well since. Absolutely thumbs up five stars I will continue to use this company in the future."

"Horrible do not use!! I paid the man in full for a screen replacement on February 10th. Was told it was a quick fix once parts were obtained. After about a week of him having the phone I called to see if it was ready. At that point he had not gotten the parts yet. It wasn't until I called did he track the parts to find out that not only were sent to the wrong place but they were damaged. I was told that he would reorder the parts and have my phone in 2 days time. Since then I have called, left messages, and emailed the guy. NO RESPONSE!!! I have been up to the "shop" to see if I could just get my phone and money returned every day for a week. Not sure how you're supposed to make money if your business is never open. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this business all together!!"
