"I was quoted at $850 for a humidifier to condensate pump connection, which is expensive, but I agreed to it anyway. An hour of work and $200 in parts somehow ballooned to $925. Fine. Now it looks like I will have to redo much of the work myself. They placed the condensate pump right in front of the air filter, so it has to be disassembled every time I change out the air filter. But, after one month, there are now two places that consistently leak which means I will now need to redo the work. The lines are also held in place by electrical tape. Would not recommend."

"Was pretty good, the guy was very helpful. However cost $360 for him to bring his Roto-Rooter in. He still wasn't able to fix the problem with it. He had me go a different route, which he didn't do anything just watched me. So little upset with that being charged so much."

"Called today and got same day service. I thought I had a clog in my drain from my washer, turns out it had frozen. Aaron was great, professional, and super easy to talk to about everything he was doing."

"I contacted Justin Dorsey plumbing to clear out a clogged main sewer drain at one of my properties in Greencastle. He was able to clear some however the clog remained and it was suggested to me to have the line camered for an additional $600 to determine the blockage not including repair. Also the plumber thought the line might need to be dug as there might be roots in line. I live in Chicago so with anticipation of digging I brought a crew to Greencastle. After 15 minutes my "experienced unlicensed" plumber rodded the sewer and cleared the line with little difficulty. No additional expense to camera or dig and repair. I contact Justin Dorsey but they never returned call. Very disappointed to pay Justin Dorsey plumbing a fee of $700 to essentially do nothing. The only good part is I possibly prevented the additional charge of Camera and unnecessary repair of $$$. The following was description from Justin Dorsey plumber: Cable Main-Removing Toilet Add For Basement Or Difficult Acc. Removed stool from flange. Tried to cable line. Got line to open up More than it previously was. Continued to attempt to cable line. Line seemed to have an issue approx 20/25 out. Was not letting cable through. Pulled cable back and found no evidence. Changed sewer machine head from cutter to spade. Reattempted opening the line further. Same problem continued to occur approx 20/25 ft out. Stop and redirected with a phone call to the landlord. Described the situation on hand and options for what’s next. Landlord said he is going to take it from here."
