Add to the mix that it’s right in the middle of a time when people are distancing themselves from each other and spending more time at home, then that takes the entire experience to a whole new level of stress. When you reach out to a person/company who then responds immediately, fixes your issue quickly and advises on steps to prevent a reoccurrence, and does all of the above with a calm and polite manner then you have reached a company that you not only want to continue to do business with when/if the need arises in the future but you also want to share your experience with others.
