"Royal Plumbing isn’t just about plumbing, they are the greatest plumbing business on this side of the Mississippi. 8:30 on a Friday and they came over and fixed my 40 gallon water heater. Kobe the employee was nothing but great help."

"I called Royal Plumbing at 8 am. They had an opening and were there at 10 am. They replaced the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater that was leaking. They also replaced the seal and flapper on a Kohler toilet. This required going to Menards to buy a new seal. Even with the shopping for parts, they were finished at 11:30 am. All for $200!! That included the parts - new pressure relief valve, new flapper, and seal for toilet. Unbelievable!! Very nice, clean cut father & son did the work. Very professional!! I couldn't be happier!"

"The Sunday before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink sprung a mysterious leak. Fortunately, I had a house full of very educated guests who all took a turn under the sink - but alas, the only conclusion drawn was that a plumber was needed. Monday, I reached out to Royal Plumbing and Brian, the owner, immediately answered the phone, said that he could help. It wasn't a true or even a distantly remote emergency for me so he said he hoped that Wednesday would be ok and that he would get back to me with a time. No problem. He reached back out and shared that 9-11am on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving would be when to expect him. Perfect. Then he called to see if I could push that time a bit because someone had a water heater emergency. No problem. I literally have another sink 20 feet away in the laundry room. So, I was happy to accommodate. No one deserves cold showers. At 11:15, (clearly Brian knows what he is doing! He rescued a water heater situation first and was only 15 minutes past his initial time estimate) I welcomed Brian and his fellow plumber into my kitchen and he took one look at the sink and grew worried. "This is all very custom." Yes, it is. "This may be difficult." Could be. He looked under the sink. "This is a custom fitting." It's looking grim. He looks at the sprayer. He twists a small piece of metal on it. "Yeah, it just needed this part screwed back on tight." That's it?? "Yes." How much do I owe you? "I'm not charging you for hand tightening a screw. Do you have a plumber?" I do now! Give this team a call. They are knowledgeable, timely, honest, ethical, and have a great sense of humor. Happy Thanksgiving Team Royal Plumbing!!"

"This summer I had Royal Plumbing replace two outdoor faucets in my house. They came promptly and were courteous and were efficient. The faucet on the side of my house was installed perfectly and is as solid as a rock. The faucet on the back of my house is where the 1 star stems from. The faucet they replaced was very loose and wobbly and was only held in with one screw, thus the replacement. They reused the old screw and added a new short one. They said the longer old screw wasn't biting into anything behind the wall which was the reason for the wobble. As they were scrounging around looking for something for the screw to attach to I offered a 2x4 cut off. They gladly accepted. The installation was complete and they left. The price was reasonable. I went to reinstall my hoses to the faucets and found that the rear faucet was still pretty wobbly. The caulk they applied started to come off because the faucet moved so much. I called the Royal Plumbing and asked them why the rear faucet was so loose compared to the side faucet which was still as secure as can be. The owner dropped by and inspected it and claimed it was as tight as he could get it. He said he didn't have longer screws and that the faucet was fine and wouldn't go anywhere. I wanted to trust him so I left it at that. Later that month I realized I had to recaulk around the faucet because the caulk applied by Royal Plumbing had peeled off. I gave it a quick test wiggle after the caulk had cured and found it was still very wobbly. Last month I found my hose fused to the faucet so I tried to use a few wrenches to loosen it. The faucet felt like it would pop off my wall at any time so I stopped and called Royal Plumbing again, asking why the faucet was so loose. The owner stopped by again and also attempted to take off my hose, which I did not ask him to do. Now as I put away my hoses for winter I have once again discovered I need to recaulk around the loose faucet they installed because the paint is coming off the cement board and water is getting in. Next year I'm going to need another plumbing company to replace that faucet or at least reinforce it due to Royal Plumbing's poor installation standards. I still have never heard an answer why the side faucet is like cement and the rear faucet is like play dough. I will never be using Royal Plumbing again and I'd advise anyone who values structural integrity to do the same."

"Jim with Royal Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new garbage disposal. He was courteous and professional. He made sure I knew how to work the specific components on the disposal and pointed out certain tips and tricks. He did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done, as well. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing for whatever needs you may have."
