"I paid this dude 5k for an in-ground pool liner installation a year ago then we immediately closed the pool. When opened this summer I noticed it was loosing water and started finding holes all threw out the liner. Mainly rocks popping through the liner. I’ve patched it 7 times in one summer. I closed the pool just for it to start loosing water again and have to have someone else come find the hole and patch it because Wrights stopped responding to me. I’m about a thousand dollars out just from hole repairs in one swimming season and it’s literally a brand new liner."

"I actually would have given them a 0 for stars if possible! They responded quickly when inquiring about a pool and getting a quote. Once the papers were signed and 1/2 the money was paid they were horrible to even get them out to install it. Once installed we’ve had so many issues..leaks, wrinkles, divots, etc. They won’t return text or phone calls and even blocked us on FB! DO NOT USE THEM, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"Picked out our pool and got our pricing and loan and it was supposed to be installed first week of may. Once may rolls around I call to see when he will be installing and he ghost us. I called, text, and facebook messaged and got no response. Even the loan company tried to no avail. What a shady way to run a business!"

"We had an above ground pool liner replaced and new pump system. This was July of last year. First day the pump blew a hose. Luckily my my husband was home and fixed it. When I finally got in the pool after it warmed up I found 4 top rails unfastened. My husband fixed them. The liner is loose and wrinkled and not even. The bottom is dented and really rough. Two of the large dents are foot prints. You can't vacuum without the pool head getting stuck in a hole. You can feel the rough dirt underneathe the liner. I have texted, emailed and called so many times . I have used our two numbers and no response. He said he would fix our problem if I took down the bad review he would work with me. Still terrible pool liner. The liner is rougher than my old one that was taken out. I told him I was going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and he told me good luck with that. Terrible business operation. Now I have heard from several people not to use wrights. I told them I already had. Buyer beware."
