"I would not recommend this company to anyone! Last June 29th, my house, especially the roof and kitchen, was damaged in the summer’s storm. I did all the initial cleanup. My insurance company stated that Puroclean was on their list of approved companies to do both water mitigation and restoration as well as replacing the roof. Puroclean was unable to start until September. They started tear out of my kitchen before removing undamaged furniture from the room as promised at initial estimate. When they finally removed damaged countertops and debris, it laid in my backyard for three months. The water mitigation was the easiest process during this entire reparation. They were very good at plugging in dehumidifiers to dry out the space. This took one week. The drywall was started before the holes in the roof were repaired. Furniture still hadn’t been removed and not even covered with a protective tarp. It took five more weeks until the roof was subcontracted. The shingles and boards were replaced before the boxing was closed in. It would take another two weeks until they closed the boxing and finally removed the furniture. However, during removal, the county building inspector stopped the moving truck and all other restorations, stating that Puroclean had not filed with the county to receive a building permit. For the next three weeks, the only progress made was drywall patching and mudding that had only been partially completed. They would come for an hour or two a day and then leave and not return until the next day. After hearing excuse after excuse and a discussion with my insurance company, I fired them for their incompetence and poor work ethic. This had been costing my insurance company thousands of dollars to board my dogs and reimbursements for food so I could feed my family as I still had no kitchen after two and a half months. I am still waiting for a part for my warming drawer to my stove that had been broken in transit that was promised to be here before Christmas. I also had to hire an electrician to fix wires they didn’t set correctly when drywall was installed to my garbage disposal and dishwasher. Please choose another company for your needs."

"I’d give zero stars if possible. They may provide quality service, but I was never given the chance to find out. I called about a fairly big project ($4k+), and was hardly given the time of day. I reached out at least three times attempting to at least get someone to check out the area I needed treated, and got absolutely nowhere. I just found it astonishing that I had to make the efforts I did, for a company that does this type of work. ***the response below doesn’t address the phone calls I made AFTER the email, or the text exchange that happened AFTER as well. I guess post a review if you want to get a response (none of the info mentioned, like the structure damage being done first, was EVER mentioned or discussed as a way forward). You all handled it all very portly, and your reply is just an attempt to cover yourselves."
