"We bought a new refrigerator but needed 2 modifications: 1) the installation of a shut-off valve behind the fridge, and 2) bringing the water line to the fridge from our city water line (was previously on a well). Bryant came out and did the estimate, and the next day Stacy scheduled the work to be done by Bryant. It was done quickly and with great quality. THANK YOU TO BAYER PLUMBING FOR YOUR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW-UP! 11/14/23 -Not very happy with Bayer's Plumbing right now. The cleaning of our drain line was not sufficiently done during the first visit (I was not home to confirm the job properly) and required an extensive second visit to complete properly - We were charged nearly $200 on top of a $300 plus initial bill! Word to the Wise - Be sure and confirm the work is to expectation before your first payment. We will use a different service in the future."

"Bayer’s will for now on be my plumbing company. Job was completed in a timely manner and Joey was a professional at his work. When you call Bayer’s, they will answer the phone and schedule your appointment right then giving you a 4 hour window. None of leaving a message and waiting hours or next day for a return phone call and then expecting the customer to be available all day. Price wise Bayer’s is competitive and reasonable. Do not shy away from a large company like Bayer’s. They are good at what they do, will get to your problem quickly and their cost is reasonable. Thanks Bayer and Joey."

"I could bore you with a bunch of details about a 3 month saga of hell handed to me by this company, but I won't. Long story short, their plumbers had to re-do half the job which involved digging up my front yard. They would never let me know when and what was happening. What started as a $3500 quote swelled to $6000, and now I have another line degrading that they just tied into. It was never offered or suggested to replace it, and they just charged me $251 to break a drain cleaner head off in the line and leave. Plus, they've made up a bunch of he said she said stuff along the way that basically always boils down to 'well, the customer must have it wrong' as if I have no idea what I'm talking about. I have no main bath right now and Ill just go without rather than having them back out to continue doing this to my wife and I. Charging for a quote is a pretty cocky thing to do when that kind of service follows. **Fast forward and we just paid another plumber to do what they should have offered for another 2300. The city also had to come dig up our street and sidewalk to replace their end, which should have been thoroughly tested by Bayer, but wasn't (so we had backup all down the new line they installed) When contacted about it, I received no response."
