"I see Jackie if I can’t see the doctor. I have been coming here for about 2 years since my original doctor was located somewhere else. The staff is awesome. Wouldn’t change anything at this office. Thanks to you all!!"

"Patient care should equal quality care. Diabetes as is a delicate subject for many ppl who are diagnosed and also family members who love their loved ones very deeply. Respecting and speaking compassionately to patients is the professional way to handle your patients and conduct business. Your office should not act as if it’s banking on individuals but be more patient and concerned with the stability of blood sugars. Arguing back and forth and not listening to the concerns of a client is awful. Idc how experienced your staff is. If they do not possess compassion or patience for the delicacy of the circumstances……they do not belong in healthcare period. If your patients are that dispensable to you that you can just discharge patients based off your staffs lack of intelligence to complete tasks and speak to individuals with humanity then I feel sorry as to where your office maybe headed. Please put into consideration as to why you became an endocrinologist. Was it for the paycheck or was it to actually be a light in a dark tunnel for those who sadly battle this illness daily? Find staff who actually respects others and has sympathy for their patients who desperately are seeking treatment with compassion. God bless you! Praying you find a resolution to the awful bed side manners of your clinical staff and your choices as to abandoning your patients. Think reconsidering your hired staff and making sure they carry education in the setting your establishment treats is very important. Always try to put yourself in the other person shoes. Remember when a patient tells you repeatedly the same info each visit it does not make you look like you’re documenting info accordingly either. It should not take a nurse practitioner and endocrinologist to set a pump either. If additional training is needed for your staff (who does not even know what basil means) and self I suggest you do accordingly. Let alone listen to your patients concerns the first time and do not allow your medical assistant to speak over patients it’s very rude. The concerns of patients should always come first. Allow someone to speak before disrupting them. You have went thru lots of staff members in the past few years. Being spiteful and arguing with others does not show your ability to treat humans who desire the utmost medical care. It’s obvious you do not have any family members who have any of these conditions you treat. I will always call out what wrong and what’s right. As you should recognize the fact we are all human and nobody is perfect. Good luck"

"I am still floored, as well as all of the doctors I have disclosed this information to, that this doctors nurse practitioner lied to me and about me regarding an uninsured test she said would give me a specific answer. Not only did the test not identify Mast Cell issues but it did nothing to help with my specific condition in any way. I gave her a large sum of money to do this test and when I expected the results I was blown off for weeks and weeks. I have a very rare condition and was and am still gathering information after it took over two and a half years to get diagnosed. I have willingly followed directions from other doctors in order to help the younger victims of this horrible condition. As you can see, I was fully invested. It took weeks to get an answer and I actually had to go into the office and demand the results. I was given half of them. Then, I spent a few more weeks before getting a bill for the visits with this nurse. I didn't and never will accept a bill from someone who isn't doing their job based on their oaths. She lied by telling the doctor she worked for that I never asked about Mast Cell connections and having initially asking her about documentation about this condition, she gave me very little to go on but I was grateful for anything that might help. What the nurse did not only cost me money, time and hope but kept me dangling in mid process by her lack of being honest. The doctor backed her and after saying out loud in their waiting room that I was misled and the nurse needed to give me back the fee for the test, he finally sent me a check and a letter saying he wouldn't care for me anymore. It wasn't like I was yelling or making a scene and the doctor had handled my diabetes well up to that point. So, I was left without a diabetes doctor for months while I waited for my new doctors appointment. I was disheartened and puzzled. All I wanted was to be cared for based on the oaths doctors take and their own integrity. This ended badly for all three of us. It took me nearly a year longer to find help for my condition. It almost broke my spirit when this happened."

"My family doc was failing horribly at managing my type 2 diabetes, Dr Kassar got it under control really quickly. He is kind, understanding and takes time to listen and answer questions. I now see the NP Lisa and she is fantastic, I have even referred a coworker to GN and she loves you guys too. The girls in the office have always been good to me. Also with the help Of Victoria and the weight loss clinic Ive lost 60 pounds and gotten off of my insulin and lowered my A1c 5 points. You guys are all awesome and Im super thankful for all of you!"
