"After my stroke and 2 different open heart surgeries in '21 I had Disparti Law file my disability claim on my behalf. In '22 I was denied and Disparti filed an appeal. We waited quite a while for Social Security to assign an adjudicator to my case but once they did my case moved along quickly. They sent me to 2 of their doctors and shortly after I was approved. Without Disparti Law I would likely still be going through repeated denial and appeal processes. I highly recommend Disparti Law!"

"I was referred to Disparti Law initially and spoke to Amanda Martin, as attorneys were busy with other cases at the time. I had sent over multiple items of information and was advised that my case was understood and a good case. I then was referred to Cass Casper several months ago and was advised by Cass Casper that my case was good and given instructions on what needs to happen with my employment case to move forward. We also talked about general fee structures for handling my case, however once my employment situation progressed negatively I was advised by Cass Casper in a email and conversation with Nathaniel Hall that their case load was to heavy for Disparti Law to represent my case and was referred to former Disparti attorney and my documents would be destroyed. My long time career is being destroyed by racism, retaliation and ageism and I’m being told by this law firm that I can’t be represented."
