"So, when my daughter turned 15 and wanted her permit. I went to the post office and they printed out a letter with her address on it and stamped the letter . Easy as pie. However, when I went to the post office to do the same for my second oldest They told me that they could not do that. I explained that they had done that for my first daughter and they pretty much called me a liar without actually calling me a liar. They denied even doing it with my first daughter. Needless to say I still got what I needed to get her permit. But ,the staff was very rude and the post master was not any better. So , now my oldest daughter who is 20 wanted me to turn in her change of address for her at the post office. I took the form up to the post office and they refused to take it. They said it was "illegal" for me to send it in for her. Though it definitely isn't especially since I have her permission to do so. It seems this post office has trouble doing their job. They try to act like police instead postal workers. An they definitely are not the police. They try to accuse their customers of wrong doing without any facts or knowing the facts. If I did not live in the city of Jasper , I would not use this service at all.!!!! I would fire the lot of them and each of them would be standing in the unemployment line!!!"

"Took a package in to be returned. The lady, (clerk #3) couldn't remember her name, was as nice as you can get. Helped me put the label on and gave me a receipt to show that it was shipping. Wished more people were that helpful!"

"It's hectic at times, but that's usually due to the fact that customers don't have anything ready for when it's their turn at the counter. There's usually 2-3 postal workers at the front desk, and are always on point, I will bring in multiple packages, with labels attached, and packages sealed. Having all this makes your time and others that much easier. Checking weight and shipping to a certain zip code online helps with an average shipping price, if you need a passport, you should get the paperwork take it home, fill it out, gather appropriate documents and schedule an appointment in advance."

"I had to go to the PO yesterday to get stamps. I am on portable oxygen so after parking in front, I walk up the steps then had to stop & get my breath. A lady from inside the PO saw that I was having difficulty & came outside to help me. The employees there helped me figure out a handicap entrance, how I can get stamps from my mail carrier & helped me get back to my car safely. They were so kind & I couldn't ask for better service!!!"

"If I didn't get package tracking on half the items I order online, I would most likely never see them. Half the time the mailman just leaves a notice (if we're lucky to even receive a notice) on the door without even knocking. There is nothing I hate more than having to go there, only because I receive snarky looks and rude answers when I do. Honestly, It takes a lot to make me loathe a place this much, because I know what it's like to work with annoying customers. But this is just ridiculous."
