"I stopped at this Jimmy John's in the middle of a very long drive. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches, a #6 on sliced wheat, which was great! The customer service was also great. However, as I continued my trip, when I was about 3 hours away from the restaurant, I realized that I left my wallet. I called the restaurant to verify that I left it and they confirmed. I was flustered and said that I would call them back. Mark, who I believe is a manager, called ME back and heard that I was so far away. He said that would hate for me to drive back all that way and offered to overnight ship my wallet. Which he DID. He communicated with me the rest of the evening and was able to ship it the next morning. The overnight shipping was over $80 and I tried to pay him back, but Mark wouldn't accept the money and told me to pay it forward. I absolutely plan to. Shoutout to Mark, for the reminder that there are still kind people left in the world! :)"
"Placed order through the app. Customized the sandwich on the app (cut in half, no tomatoes) however got it regular at the pick. Receipt reflects the changes but the sandwich does not..."
