Tried to get assistance in store and get an update on my item but the sales associate was completely unhelpful and just kept saying I'd have to call the 1-800 number. He didn't even offer to look up my case number or check with anyone about the status or offer the actual number to call."
"Suppose to be a help center, but I went there to try and locate a package that was claimed to be delivered to me, and they said they couldn't do anything because the package was shipped by ground!? Trying to get me to drive all the way to greenwood. I think they put it on the wrong porch, but they claim it was delivered. The only "proof" they provided was a document that didn't even have my address, no picture So no help, and no package. Now, I have to buy another one and hope to get my money back. I received my UPS package the same day just fine."
