"Decided to bring the in-laws to dinner. After 30 minutes of waiting (15 minutes past the order after us was ordered) I decided to ask about the order. Apparently it was skipped. I received 1/2 quantity of what I saw around. Missing items. Asking about them resulted in another 20 minute wait. After starting to finally eat, we found a cockroach by our feet, that ended our dinner. What a WoNdErFuL-LESS experience."
"Food was very good but the floors were really disgusting especially the carpet. The door to the bathroom was dirty as well. See pics. Food was hot and good but they really need to clean that dining room floor! Cant give more than two stars until it is clean."
"food was great, a server named Paul helped us a lot, we asked for more breadsticks and he politely gave us more and asked if we'd like some parmesan with that. The experience was great and our server was so nice."
"Food was good but when you pay extra for meat sause with your spaghetti & meatballs you expect to get it. And when you order take out and they ask "how many bread sticks would you like?" You asked for three and you get two? Service was lacking. I never complained but you should get what you order. Thank you"
"Came in to eat my feelings after bad news at work and a very kind worker "Brice" comped my lunch and had such uplifting words. This young man is not usually at the Columbus location but was doing a great job especially as a Customer Service Rep for the company and as a human being as well. Restaurant was spotless and he was keeping the employees busy. This young man is going places for sure! Thanks again :) Becky"
