"I have had only good experiences at this branch. Once when an item was lost at the other end by a vender, they provided the a copy of the signed receipt enabling me to confront the vender with documentation. And resolve the problem. Always friendly!"

"Do NOT have your passport photo done here. 35 dollars wasted because the photo was rejected by passport officials as poor quality. Go to Walgreens. I now have to resubmit and wait even longer, already been 5 weeks."

"We moved to Monticello IN two months ago. While some of the previous reviews are negative, I have received incredible customer service from our Monticello post office. When changing addresses it is only natural to have a mistake occur. We had a mishap happen this week. I called the post office and spoke with two different individuals, both were friendly, followed up with me, and sincerely cared. Our mishap was resolved within 24 hours! THANKS TO EVERYONE AT OUR POST OFFICE, not only for the great customer service we received, but, also for sorting, tracking, and delivering our mail daily!"

"LOUSY SERVICE. Wrong mail in my box frequently. Packages FORCED into mailbox that you can't hardly remove. Delivery TOO lazy to leave on doorstep. What happened to this American Institution? Maybe they should check with Fedex and UPS regarding customer service!"

"I've had a lot of bad luck trying to work with this post office. Multiple packages have been delivered to incorrect addresses, and more than a few standard envelopes have been lost (never to be seen again). I only live a block and a half away and have done so for over 4 years, and I still have issues getting my mail. It's ridiculous. I've had to go into the office multiple times to complain, and only after threatening to go over the manager's head to a more senior official did I start receiving anything like decent service. Pathetic."
