"My order was messed up and was never delivered ☹️. When I spoke to their new manager, Kristen ( I think this was her name) she was very apologetic and made things right, right away. I wanted to give her a shout out for her professionalism and kindness. I love their food and have never had a problem before. We all make mistakes! "I ordered my pizza to go in person. I was concerned it may take too long because I had my dogs with me. But It only took 8 mins! That was awesome. The lady that took my order was very helpful and nice. She even walked my pizza out to me! Again, awesome! I just want to say to the employees on this shift. Keep doing a great job. Also, the pizza was great!"
"Food was absolutely atrocious. Pizza was floppy, undercooked, and not tasty at all. Was not greeted when I came in and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before being greeted by someone wearing headphones. Appeared very dirty inside despite being nearly a brand new location. Would not recommend or go back."
"When they first came to town, we ordered Pizzas, spent about 60 dollars. it was Excellent .. the next visit the pizzas were not cooked properly we were all sick for a couple of days crust not cooked it was doughy was awful. it has been several months so we decided to try it Thursday night.. we all got sick again dough not cooked... which leaves you to wonder if everything else was cooked well enough. we wont be going back. Horrible experiences"
