"They were quick with our online order. The site said 15 to 20 minutes, but I walked in after 10 minutes and I was kind of standing back a little watching them make subs for the walk in customers in line and not even probably 2 minutes in the restaurant one of the employees asked if I was there for an online order and I told her yeah and she headed over to hand me the paper bag with our subs in it. I grabbed some napkins and was on my way. All the subs were made correctly and they honored my special request to only toast half of one of the subs. The lady was friendly and seemed to be on it!"

"I have been to this subway since I moved here with my family. Only thing my dad would eat was subway. I have had great experiences but lately the customer service is absolute garbage. I never use the drive thru because it’s a hit or miss. For the past week it has been a good experience. Today not at all told me to wait 3 minutes. At 10 minutes I finally spoke up and she acted like she was just about to help me. My sandwich was partly right. To be sure I got the extra ranch I asked for I said it 3 times. Did I get extra ranch? No absolutely not actually I got less ranch than with a regular amount of ranch. It’s the one thing I am sassy about and it’s the one thing I triple checked and still they can’t do a simple thing. It’s ranch. I can’t trust them to just put ranch on it."
