"My father had both his tanks filled on 1/28/19 costing $1500. Since 2/7 he’s been in the hospital my sister & I have been alternating staying at his home. Less than 5 weeks after filling these tanks 1 was completely empty (500 gallons). Called service out one of the regulators was leaking. Technician changed both regulators out. I called to get a credit on the propane since their equipment was faulty. Looked up the average usage for a month supply for a house his size almost every sight stated 100 gallons. Several weeks later they agreed to only credit for 100 gallons. Sorry we did NOT go through 100 gallons/week. Still fighting this. Will start using another propane company after this BS"

"We have been a loyal customer since around 1989 - have had great drivers and great service. We have always called our driver - asked for gas - and they have brought it. Never, Never were we told that "Monday is your normal delivery day" So if we want it any other day, we have to pay. While I understand new company policies - I also believe customers should be informed PRIOR to being hit with a "same day delivery fee" (even when you're calling ahead of time to say you're getting low). Telling me this is company policy, and telling me that next time I will be charged - acceptable. Telling me when I call that I can only have gas tomorrow if I pay the extra fee - UN-acceptable. My 8 tanks and I will be moving to another company."
