"7/23/22: Honestly, this is a disappointment. It is a very narrow lot between two waterfront homes. There is no pier, not really a beach, you would have to climb down over the rocks to get to a very minuscule patch of sand. There is some kind of little creek with storm runoff going to the bay on the right side. There are Long Leaf Pine Trees everywhere, almost nowhere to park., very narrow, I had a hard time parking my Jeep, it was almost next to impossible. Maybe this would be an ok spot to fish, but honestly, I think not. I drove over here from down the road at Mullet Point Park, that is a much better park that is great for fishing and also has a boat launch and dock/pier you can fish off of. Try Mullet Point Park, it’s much better."
