"BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO LOAD THIS CARRIER. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 20 HOURS TO DELIVER WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 3-5 HOURS TO DELIVER. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE AND WHEN I FINALLY REACHED THE DRIVER HE DECIDED TO CUSS ME OUT AND TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING HIM. I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHY IT TOOK THEM SO INCREDIBLY LONG TO DELIVER MY LOAD. THEY WERE ON A 2ND LOAD FOR ME AS THEY WERE DOING 2 OF THE SAME LOADS BACK TO BACK AND WE CANCELED THE 2ND LOAD BECAUSE OF THEIR ABYSMAL SERVICE."
