"They will not pay you if you do a load for them!! They post the load on DAT and then they get you to sign up in their system. You do the load and they don't pay!! I have called and emailed and still have not been paid!!"
"Think twice about taking a load from this company. They reel you in off of DAT and they sign you up to get the load. You will wait hours to pick up their After Hours is horrible. You can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails. Then when you get to delivery they give you the runaround and you wait longer. But when you send in your paperwork. YOU DON'T GET PAID ON TIME! YOU WILL WAIT FOR YOUR $$ THEY ARE SLOW AT PROCESSING PAYMENTS AND WHEN YOU CALL OR EMAIL YOU GET THE RUNAROUND. THEY ARE A FAILING COMPANY BEWARE!!!!!!"
"They dont bill anyone! Their credit score dropped on DAT. Many other complaints from other carriers are stating they also have not been paid! AVOID!! Its a shame what these people are doing."
"Pulled a load for FFS on 8/10/23. Their invoice is past due with us 77 days and counting. My factoring company no longer will give them credit and a few people are demanding payments and going after their bond. This company may be biting the dust. Do not haul loads for them. You will be getting a charge back"
"I did a load for Freedom Freight Solutions LLC ON 07/05/23 and I have not been paid up to now. Their accounts payable do not answer the phone, and they have not responded to our emails either. DO NOT PULL LOADS FOR THESE PEOPLE!!! I will be pursuing other avenues to collect the money they owe me."
