"This is absolutely the worst UPS mailing store I have ever encountered. If they don't refuse to take it telling you that they "can't scan it", they charge you a hundred percent surcharge for "the area you're mailing to". I can go to another store and send the same package for half the cost. How or why people are giving them 4 stars is certainly a mystery to me. Wasn't Amazon, it was UPS, and the almost 100% "surcharge" as it was called by the person behind the counter, was being charged twice in a row. Either you do indeed charge that much extra or your employees are skimming"
