"I've been waiting for a pickup for 3 days now. My shipment was suppose to have already been delivered to the customer based on Estes's estimation and yet they still haven't picked it up. If you need LTL freight I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This company has lied twice saying they were coming to pickup our crate and yet they have an excuse every time. I won't be using them again. Now to deal with my customer who is very frustrated."

"I worked at Estes for 2 years & was injured on the job. I lost the tips of all my fingers on my dominant hand. I was told by my supervisor Zach that I would do secretary work until I got back from my restrictions. These cowardly people never called to checked on me, fired me after avoiding my calls for weeks. They knew that I had no way of going out & obtaining another job while injured. They are a low class organization & if I can reach 1 person to prevent them from making the mistake I did by picking this company for employment I will be satisfied. I hope someone sees this. Do not work here!!!!!!! Don't do it! You will regret it"

"My shed boxes are busted open. They blocked my driveway and wouldn’t move refuse to move them. Gave my a number and said call the company. I asked the company to place the shed boxes in front of the garage and it was placed blocking the driveway. These pallets could have been moved over 2 feet on the grass. The normal person don’t own a pallet jack to move something so heavy. Dissatisfied if I ever have anything else moves if it’s coming to this company I won’t use them. And this package came from Sam’s Club."
