They charge water and sewage with lot rent so not right especially when irondale has there own sewage and water located at 101 20th st south 35210. Oh and look up stonetown mobil home park at better business bureau seniors are also entitled to discount sewage and water. I mean money orders are made out to stonetown and has anyone ask or called to see how much water and sewage is? being that they include it with lot rent. The owners are crooks plain and simple"
