"If you choose cox pools, they will send you an email saying they can’t continue service without providing any explanation. They seem to be doing everything they can to NOT run a successful business. Left many requested fixes incomplete. Expected much more from cox pools. Disappointing.."

"Contacted them 4 times to get a quote on installing a pool. Got the push away the first time after they said I needed a landscape drawing. I went and had one done and came back with it. I was told to email them the plans and they would schedule a meeting to discuss the layout. I emailed the plans, waited a week, emailed again, waited 3 days. Called a cell phone of an employee who sent me to voicemail. Waited another day, sent a text to that person’s cell phone. Never heard back. I wanted to spend money with this company, but no one contacts you back."

"Cox pools has cleaned my pool twice now and my pool is the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. They have very professional technicians and they even blow the leaves away from the pool deck. This company goes over and beyond. Very impressed."
