"I was so glad to find such a professional and expedient young lady in the office. She went through all of the options, very clearly, even took the time to show me the space options. Just very happy to have such wonderful customer service in the world where good customer service is no longer a priority. And then it happened. Employee turnover at these businesses is crazy. The price went up $50 per month within 3 months, and with no service agreement that states otherwise, it will continue to go up. Too bad."

"The contract was 18 pages long. The lady came on the screen but she was no help. A lady called but couldn’t access the info. We stayed 1 hour !!! There were 3 places left to sign, but no one knew what they were. A man came while we were there he couldn’t get in the gate. It was a disaster from start to finish"

Impressed with how clean the facility was and the ease in which one could get around the different building in ... the a/c was definately working hard and doing a great job of keeping everything cool while it was near inferno level outside.
