"Quiet, family oriented campground located well away from city hassles. 6 miles to Rogersville and 20 miles to Athens. Excellent fishing nearby including access to the Elk River, and direct access (boat launch) to the Tennessee River. The amenities (laundry facility, swimming pool, etc.) have always been good, but are getting even better under new ownership. Additionally, the campground is conveniently close to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (for us contract personnel)- it is exactly 12 miles driving distance."
