"Phone message says they’re with another customer, but the sign on the door says they’re closed due to staffing. The big problem is that I wasted 30 minutes driving to the location and back. Please let your customers know when your business is not open."
"Typically the service is great, and in the past I’ve had no issues, but recently I’ve been having several issues with their incredibly inconsistent hours of operation. It started with them randomly closing on weekends, and then closing on random weekdays. As a small business who heavily relies on their services this is hurting me. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but I’m hoping they figure things out before I have to start traveling to Plainfield or Avon to drop off my packages."
"I Googled notary near me and this came up. I called last week and the man said that the owner does the service, but she's out of town this week. He said it's $10 and by appointment. Cool. I will call back next week. I called today and he said you have to just catch her. She doesn't do appointments, apparently. I don't think that this company should be listed as a notary. He said she comes in whenever and does not take appointments. So, in order to get a document notarized, you have to happen to be in the store at the same time as her. Why even list that as a service? I'm appalled. The guy will let you waste your time, so, don't expect him to be upfront with you."
"If i could i wouldnt even put one star . I had an appointment scheduled to come in and have some fingerprints taken . Well i arrive 20 mins earlier than my scheduled time and they tell me the fingerprint machine is not currently working . So i drove almost an hour to come get this done and they didnt let me know ahead of time that the machine is not working since i had an appointment scheduled them knowing of there appointments they have cause i know they get notified. Realy bad service dont recommended this place find another place with good customer service."
