"We have never been to this pizza hut and stopped by unplanned after being at an event in Danville. It appeared there were only 2 people working and they did outstanding. The service was great, our hostess was super nice and very apologetic about not having many options to drink as her delivery had not shown up. The food was delicious. We will return!"
"The Pizza,which was a Super Supreme on original crust, was outstanding. I learned that my call went to a call center where someone who could not speak our language answered. It was very maddening. How stupid to have a customers first contact with someone you can't understand"
"This Pizza Hut has much improved over the years. The pizza and wings are awesome! However, our last several orders have been wrong in some way, shape, or form, whether they didn't get the toppings right, or the sauce was wrong, and they always forget to give us our extra sauces. (Pizza sauce, cheese, and garlic sauce). But again, significantly improved. They just need to work on getting the orders correct and make sure they don't forget the sauces."
"So ordered a pizza 3 minutes past because of a foreign lady taken, my order took over almost 5 minutes. Now I can't place my order because they stop doing orders at 10:30. If they'd get somebody that speaks English, it might help."
"The last few times I’ve ordered from here they haven’t been able to get anything right. Ordered for deliver a while ago. Was over 2 hours late and then everything we ordered wasn’t there. Was told I would get a credit for it being late and then a refund for nothing being correct (never got either of those) then today decided we would try again but this time to pick it up. Pizza was still wrong/didn’t have the correct toppings and the lady working said she makes great pizzas and doesn’t mess up but she can just send us home with the toppings instead. Not worth the hassle anymore"
