"This place is god awful. The staff is beyond rude, the food is ALWAYS cold. The quarter pounders that are supposed to be made to order definitely are not. To the point where i will just travel over to avon and pass this one on my way. I would leave negative stars if i could. DO BETTER"
"This is now the third time this has happened at this location. I asked for no onion and they put them on the bottom bun, in-between the patties, and on the top bun. I worked at McDonald's at one point and I know the onions are only supposed to go on the top of the sandwich. Not wedged in everywhere else."
"i went to mcdonald’s today and did a mobile order after checking to make sure i had all the food when i got home 2 of my burgers were supposed to be only ketchup and were filled with onions and then my boyfriend opened his burger and found the cheese melted in to some paper it’s absolutely disgusting i definitely will not be coming back to this mcdonalds."
"They made a mistake on my order. I do expect i to to happen inevitably, but the mistake was swiftly corrected. Very nice management. I appreciate the service. I don’t always expect perfection but I do expect professionalism, and that’s what i got. :)"
