"Terrible!!! Didn’t even use the service! Was ran off the road by one of their drivers taking my son to daycare. If that’s the kind of people you hire for a delivery company this place needs to be shut down now!! Grey dodge mini van guy had a bigger build, beard, hat and sun glasses. Will be filing with BBB as well!"
"It was freezing cold yesterday, so I called z-trip. I had cash but nothing on my card, or I would've scheduled lyft. I had to wait a long time before my driver showed up, then I told the driver I was going to stop 11 and S. Emerson to CVS. The driver took me all the way past Carmel, then past Wanamaker I told him several times he was going the wrong way. Long story short. The bill was 85 dollars. Not including what I'd have to pay for the ride back home. He said he'd not charge me to take me home he called the company accused me of lying. Said if I didn't pay it he would call the police on me. He ask, how much can you pay. I told him 50 dollars. He took it. He took me home. I'll never call them again. What a nightmare. Now I don't have money for groceries."
"This service is a joke I have been outside for 2 hours in below freezing temperatures and I have been giving the run around 4 time and told that a driver was on the way and never shown up I can see why they are being put out of business by Uber and lift.i am really hoping I don't freeze to death out here This is beond redicculas!"
"Whom ever was driving this vehicle toward Greencastle today Jan 2, 2024 1:30-2pm on Highway 231 was a danger to the road. They rode vehicles so close that you would think they were being towed."
"Never used the services. We have witnessed questionable operation of the vehicles. Parking to clean the ramp blocking two different directions of traffic. Don't use this service, they probably think speed limits and seat belts are suggested as apposed to requirements...LOL (See photos) Obviously no idea how dangerous this is.."
