"A/C stopped working Monday night. I called Mays Tuesday evening after calling a rude bad apple. He got back to me in less than 20 minutes and got my information. We set a time up for Wednesday. He called me to let me know he was running behind and would be at my house shortly. He was very personable,polite, and professional. He assessed my problem and gave me a price. We agreed and they went to work. Double checked everything and was on their way. They didn't waste time. "What a fantastic company. We bought a house that had a leaky attic unit. This unit was poorly installed with a small catch pan that needed to be replaced as well. The source of the leak was initially hard to diagnose. Thru no fault of their own it took Mr. Mays and his team multiple trips out to finally get it fixed. They didn't charge me until the job was finally finished because he wanted to ensure the problem was fixed. They kept me updated thru the entire process and sent me an invoice that was more than fair considering the amount of work that had to be done. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them."
