Furthermore, I’d like to mention the receptionist (and I am so sorry I did not get her name) but she checked my account thoroughly and gave me my warranty information and saved me a service call payment by finding an error. I had the misfortune of being in need of a new hvac system due to a lightning strike, but through this I had the opportunity to meet Richard, Ryan, and John. All three were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ryan spent all day here removing the old unit and installing the new, Richard and John came with needed parts, tools, and help with the process. They even repaired a faulty wiring mess created by previous owners as this was causing a major power surge/outage with potential electrical fire.. Well done Alabama Cooling and Heating!"

"Very satisfied with the air conditioning systems replacement. Twelve years ago Alabama Cooling and Heating and cooling replaced my condenser and evaporator units and they had worked without any problems. Due to the age of my air conditioning units and furnaces I decided to replace them before problems started. Richard quoted me a price that was lower than other suppliers and the installation was better than expected. After using Alabama Heating and Cooling two times I can say without a doubt that they are my first choice for my air conditioning needs. Very professional and friendly people that do the job right."
