"Ordered a lift in July..Told it would be 2-3 months. Called him in October and the old guy had no clue who I was. Said he would "try to find me one" and give me a call. Never heard from him. Called him..He was just about to call me..He doesn't have one and can't get one and never knew I wanted one. Be 3 more months. I pointed out it had been since July and he got ugly with me..Yes he dropped the ball, but that was the end of it. I asked him what else he could find me. Speechless. Aren't you a Rotary dealer? I ask. Oh yes, he will call me back. Another 2 weeks and nothing. I called another installer and come to find out Mr. Deaton is not even an authorized dealer. Surprise!! Apparently he can't interest his children in taking over the business so he is just too old to be able to do the business and every day is charity for those lucky enough to be able to captivate his attention long enough. Happy retirement!!"
