"Company lied about the service provided. Didn't complete the repair. Took payment and never completed the job! So disappointing! We waited weeks for parts with no follow-up and constant continued excuses. Only to find out after taking our money that the original assessment was wrong. Horrible experience. nearly 3 months and still no A/C."

"Coming up on 2 months and my AC still isn't fixed. First it was "waiting on manager approval" that took 2 weeks, then it was "Home Warranty is asking for additional details" - another 2 weeks, now its "Waiting on the part to come in" 3 weeks and counting. They say they'll call and update you and never do."

"my home warranty sadly sent my AC outage to them. DO NOT call if you want it done right or appt set timely. First they installed my new ac unit - installed on original pad that was 3 x too small for the unit - only fixed after i called. Now only 2 months into new unit already quit working and is clogged. My warranty company sent a different company out and they found the indoor unit A/H was installed on original return so was told will keep clogging until is fixed - plus did not install a drain. Then after my call got reassigned to them they did not even come out to fix!! still UNRESOLVED plus the girls in office are SO RUDE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT WORK DONE CORRECTLY."

"I was assigned to Fire &Ice Heating and air, through Old Republic home warranty company. My AC is not cooling for the past 4 days and it is really hot, despite using the fan at home. I am writing this review regarding the the rudeness I experienced by the lady who took my call.The guy who came here yesterday had courtesy and he told me that the compressor had gone bad and it has to be ordered. As, I did not hear from the company, I called today and the lady said that it is been ordered and it will arrive in 3-5 business days. The thought of waiting for another 3-5 days is daunting as the high heat is making us feel very tired and almost feeling sick. I mentioned her the same and asked her, if anything could be done. Her answer was" Our job is only to come and do the service ( she repeated this sentence 3-4 times). you are not the only one who is feeling hot, all others who are not having their AC also feel hot. We will let you know when it arrives" Yes, i do understand that we are not the only people who is feeling hot. As a customer who is on the receiving end, a sentence like I am sorry, we understand, what you are going through. We will get the work done as soon as we have the compressor is far more comforting I will get the work done from this company as we are half the way. I Will Not recommend and do business with this company again in the future for their lack of any empathy, or courtesy. Yes, I understand that they do not have the compressor. It takes days but as a company, even if you don't care towards their customer, don't be rude to them. and tell them we don't care."

"Great company! They advocated for us with the lower than dirt home warranty company and when they told us the repairs weren't covered, we were given factual info on our options. We were moved to first on the list for our new heat pump installation and they even threw in a new thermostat! Financing was pain free and we are finally comfy again!"
