"I've used this company a few times and they've done good work and no issues on my 2004 E320. Most recently, I had battery control module replaced at a cost of almost $1,000. I've been having the daily "convenience features not available" message so I had both batteries tested and both were successful. I called the shop and was blown away at their initial response but was later contacted by one of the ladies that offered an appropriate response to resolve the issue. It's good to know that they stand by their commitment to take care of their customers."
